Awesome Company, Awesome Director
What can i say. Tim Bonnefin has sold 2 of our properties in 5 years. Both times they sold within a couple of months of listing and for a price that we were more than happy to settle on. B&H realestate are the best on the Central Coast, its not about their fees even though they are considerably lower than other agents. It is about the professional service offered from day one , the hours they put in building a realistic customer base. And for me personally it was Tim being straight up and honest as to where our properties sat in todays markets. To have a Director of a company available 24/7 to guarantee the sale of one of the biggest assets you will ever sell is awesome service. After Selling our first property within weeks . I became a friend for life of B&H realestate.
