Laurie had sold other units in the street recently, when contacted checked out the unit and made some suggestions on improvements. Advised us to use styling and premium marketing which contributed to a quick sale and the best price possible in a market with only a small number of serious buyers. Easy to deal with, set a realistic sale target and exceeded all expectation with a sale in 10 days. Excellent work Laurie. Just made the whole process very comfortable...highlighted the negatives & positives that should be addressed or maximised...made himself available for advice, issues, tours,inspections and open homes constantly. Displayed great feedback and lead follow up reports...really, really good... probably a six star agent in my opinion
