We looked at a couple of different realestate agents, and I felt that non of them understood the area. When speaking with Aaron he said he already had a handful of people looking… I thought, sure… they all say that. But true to his word he sold out Propety within weeks of listing! He is always available, gives great feedback on improvements or fixes and is amazing with communication, kindness and ability. I recommend him to friend of mine, and sure enough they sold within weeks. He is not the pushy, aggressive style of selling, rather the one that listens and understands the needs of his clients and delivers. Five stars.
