Simple and easy to deal with, very down to earth. Any questions we had Laurie was able to help and with his builder background could give us a bit of advice on a couple of things as well. Would recommend speaking to Laurie if you are thinking of selling, as he gave nothing away to us when we tried discussing the other offers that we were up against. :)

Patrick told us initially that there would be a lot of interest in our propterty which showed during the sale process. It was obvious he had excellent market knowledge. Patrick communicated regularly and clearly with us, and was always very courteous. We ended up having three contracts on our property, the first two with difficult purchasers that eventually fell through, but Patrick fought very hard for us despite the end result. He eventually sold our house for well above our asking price. We were very happy with Patrick and the staff at 4one4.

We highly recommend Laurie, he sold our home in Claremont recently, and he handled the sale in a manner that far exceeded our expectations, and having previously had an extensive career in the building industry shone thru with the way he conducted himself during consultations with us, as well with those who came to open homes during the short period that our home was on the market. We also appreciated his help with dealing with some council matters that needed to be sorted out prior to our settlement date, all of which happened while we was on an extended holiday overseas, and without Laurie's help and expertise as a former builder and sales consultant, we are not sure what the outcome may have been. We came home, the settlement had been completed, and 1 week after arriving home as homeless people, we found a brand new townhouse unit to buy, and the sale of that property also happened to be handled by Laurie for us through 4one4 real estate, so again we thank Laurie for that purchase as well.
