We had a problem with our sale when a potential buyer put in an offer and we accepted it with a 90 day settlement .But the sale was subjected to first home buyers rules . We had building inspections and these all passed but the buyer wanted to offer less than was originally offered. . The sale fell through Aaron was well prepared for this and 2 days later we had an inspection of potential buyers and this ultimately found us a new buyer. This was such a great result for us as we were offered more for the property than was originally offered well done to Aaron and the team at 4one 4 .

Aaron had a conversation with my son and I. He spoke about the current sale prices of houses in my area , how long it took to sell, the number of bedrooms most people were looking for and the closeness to schools, supermarkets etc. He was clear with information we asked for and answered all the questions we asked of him. Aaron took his shoes off before entering the house which I found to be respectful and courteous. Aaron always called to make an appointment and was on time. If he was going to be late, he always called to apologise . Aaron always dressed smartly and professionally which was very welcome.
