Reliable and Friendly
Throughout the whole process Tammy was very reliable. If she said she would do something it always happened and in a timely manner. Nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge of our area was excellent and we were very happy with the price achieved.

Selling my home
Tammy was effective and efficient in the marketing and pricing the property , I was selling a 2 bedroom house on 3.5 acres . She could see the overall value in the property even thought it was hidden by years of accumulated stuff. The house was in the process of being renovated , but not quite completed . She had full exclusivity of the listing and we settled before six months of the listing.

Fantastic Agent
I recently put my house on the market with Tammy from 83 Property. I have sold with Tammy before and had the utmost confidence in her.. The house went under contract the day of open house. Easy to see why she is so busy
After looking at a fair few homes in the area with a few other agents We called Tammy to see what she had up for sale or about to, that would suit our criteria. She did have a few available, and we looked at them with her and found the Home to suit our needs . Thanks for great service, being on time and calls to us when needed and was able to come to us when we had to see her..!! Easy to see why you are so busy and with true values of homes as you are a agent in the area with the knowledge .... Thanks Tammy.... :)

Tammy was full professional had absolute knowledge of the market the history The market trends she brought all the paper work and details I needed to sell my home put it on the market the right way with advertising on line with multiple websites widow display and ran the open house like a boss. Because of this our home sold in 3 days for a fantastic price we couldn’t have ask for a better result. 12/10 great work put us forward in the best way and I would recommend Tammy to anyone in the area looking too buy or sell She was informed, professional, and plus a great manner towards people not just a client but friendly she kept us updated all the way
