Seeling Experience
Tammy was such a pleasure to pick to sell our home! It was a lovely experience for both parties, with the original purchase through Tammy as well. Tammy was able to coordinate and inform of her knowledge, character and professionalism. I would highly recommend Tammy to sell your home! As well as helped with any answers that raised that i was unsure of.

Knowledgeable and professional

Excellent Agent
We found Tammy to have superb knowledge of the area. Her insights and forthright approach enabled us to sell our property at a fair value and with the minimum of fuss. Even after one buyer fell through due to finance problems she had another buyer looking and offering within 48 hrs. Tammy works hard for her commission and we have nothing but praise for the time and effort she put into selling our property

We booked in with Tammy to view another property...it wasn't our cup of tea which we relayed to Tammy who asked if we would be interested in viewing another property which hadn't actually gone on the market yet....she called the property owners who agreed to let us see it in an hour....we had driven an hour and a half anyway so thought we would hang around to view it.....loved it ( thankyou Tammy) made an offer on the property as soon as it went on the market which was accepted.
