I was quite nervous buying my first home, but Maddison make the process magical. She was attentive, listened to my needs and never once made me feel silly for asking a million questions. But most importantly, Maddison communicated; responding to all my queries is a timely manner, and talking me through things in 'Rhiannon terminology' and not real-estate rhetoric. The negotiation process was so simple and quick thanks to Maddison and within a couple of hours I went from submitting a cheeky offer to signing paperwork.
