Reliable and got result we wanted

Adam knew the Ermington area very well and his understanding of the market and the buyers at the time of our sale was spot on. During the sale process he helped us deal with quite a few issues, provided us with useful contacts for tradespeople and an insurance agent (we had a non standard insurance issue), he even checked the mailbox and took out our rubbish bins on garbage night a few times when we couldn't. We followed his sales strategy and he delivered on what he promised, he negotiated the sale price within the range that we'd discussed. This was a great result because at the time of our sale the housing prices were falling, buyer interest was dropping (due to increased interest rates and rising building costs) and auctions were continually being cancelled. Adam got the sale on auction day within the price range as promised.

The best by a country mile

Prior to our recent auction, we worked with Scott for about 3 years getting our mother houses ready for sale, due to her going into aged care. At not time was Scott ‘pushing for a listing’ but more interested in giving solid knowledgeable advice. Scott gave us a high level of comfort and we knew right from the start, he was the man to guide us through this stressful period. We should not have worried, the whole process was made easy by someone who is honest and trustworthy. Good old fashioned service is one of Scott’s big strengths. We followed Scott’s advice and were rewarded with an excellent result which was professional from go to whoa. We feel, Scott is the number one ‘go to agent’ in Ermington and surrounding areas. A solid 10/10 on a job well done.

Fantastic Friendly Personable Agent
