She kept in contact with me every step of the application process to ensure I was receiving updates on what’s happening and time frames from the day I had a property inspection, to the day I was approved. She ensured an easy and smooth transition with everything required to be completed, even during the busiest time of the year!

Professional, outstanding local knowledge, on top of their game
First time I’ve dealt with A WEST. I choose them for their local knowledge and they didn’t let me down. They were professional from the start. I immediately knew Julia was on top of things as she would keep me up to date on things and follow up on things. The whole process was painless. The board was up, we had a selection of potential tenants, I was advised which tenant was the best fit and the unit was rented. The reason you engage an agent is you don’t have the time or expertise to mange the property yourself - finding one that is professional, easy to do business and on top of their game puts your mind at ease.

Extremely helpful, went above and beyond!
I was moving from Qld to Vic over the Christmas period due to my husbands job, and Julia went above and beyond to help us find a rental. I was really stressed out before I contacted her, as I thought we would have trouble with the time of the year, as well as trying to sell our own home in Mackay. Her service, professionalism and kindness really made me feel at ease with the whole process. Each contact with her felt as though we had known each other for a long time with how comfortable she made me feel. Even handing over the keys was no problem a few days before the new year! Highly recommend!

From the initial call to Julia she has made my experience smooth and easy, she returns phone calls and happy to assist and advise if asked. Even though i gave her a price range to rent my place she managed to exceed my expectation and get me more than i had expected.
