The flyer touted the house as "new" and "luxurious," claiming it had "modern curtains" on all windows and sliding doors. Yet, upon possession, I found no curtains and numerous hidden issues like a major breakage in the underground sewer pipe and an incorrect gas compliance certificate. This left me with a non-compliant gas supply and an uninhabitable property. Mayank's decision to remove the property ad from realestate.com immediately after settlement raised suspicions. It seemed designed to prevent my review from being posted, concealing the truth. My biggest regret is trusting Mayank. I relied on his verbal assurances, thinking he had my best interests at heart. In reality, he prioritized his commission and a quick settlement. I urge anyone dealing with Mayank or any agent to never rely solely on verbal assurances. Ensure everything is clearly outlined in the contract to protect yourself. This experience lacks transparency and accountability.
