Martin was one of many real estate agents that showed my partner and myself through several houses. He stood out from the rest as not only was he very easy to contact and speak to but he also didn't try to polish a turd so to speak. He told you the facts about the house as he saw it. He knew that the houses we were looking at had flaws and wasnt afraid to point those out. We had some issues with the seller of the house not replying to emails from lawyers and he went above and beyond to get in touch with them one way or an other to get response from them. I cant recommend him enough.

Martin helped me sell my mother's house under very trying personal circumstances. His knowledge of the area and what we could expect to sell for and under what conditions was second to none. He even went the extra mile and personally over-saw the installation of new carpet and whole house painting as I live interstate.
