From initial appraisal which was honest and straight forward and highlighted some of the potential issues prospective buyers would get hung up on, to organising staging in an extremely short amount of time. House went for exactly in the range of what was quoted on initial inspection, I was kept up to date with what was going on and it was a hassle free transaction. The after sale support has also been invaluable.

Amazing experience all round. Both Carlos and Chloe made the whole process stress-free and allowed for the whole purchasing experience to be a lot of fun. Carlos had a great approach to the sale, and was very transparent which we appreciated. Chloe made us feel as though we were the only clients she was dealing with, and always made time to answer questions, and provide proactive responses, even after settlement. Paul, Phoebe and the team were amazing from the start to end. Paul sold our apartment and allowed us to buy our dream place. Paul provided great assistance at the start of the process.
