We have used numerous real estate agents over the years, and have never found one as efficient and honest as Sally and Amber from Werchon Real Estate Agency. Right from the start the communication was excellent. They provided us with continual updates on all prospective purchasers through iMessage so that all four of us had the same information in real time. We always felt that we had an accurate picture of the interest in our property, and that they were working for us, and not just trying to get a sale - that was really important to us. The end result was what we had hoped for, and we were very satisfied with the price achieved in a falling market. I would highly recommend Amber and Sally to sell your home.

Our agents on our property were Amber and Lucy Werchon. We were looking at other large agents that were attached to franchises, which we ultimately didn't go with, and we definitely made the right decision. Amber was both transparent and honest throughout the negotiation, yet gave us the opportunity to express our position. Lucy was diligent and thoughtful in her approach to open houses.
