It was Alice's energy that persuaded us to choose her to tackle the sale of our Docklands apartment. We live in Adelaide so we really relied on the advice and expertise Alice provided us & she always quickly responded to our emails, text & phone calls so we felt confident that our best interests were always Alice's priority. The history of the building (fire in November 2014 so replacement of cladding being our greatest concern) we were kept updated constantly on what was happening with repairs to the building & the upkeep of our apartment by the tenants from Alice. Although our tenants didn't present the apartment well, Alice persisted with weekly open inspections with continued interest in the apartment as it really was a bargain buy in a slump market.
