I had issues with the previous property agent. They lost their license without notifying that they were no longer able to manage my property in Melbourne. As I live in Sydney and lockdown in Melbourne, that's hard to find who you can trust. I contacted Nowelle and asked if she could help. Her response was very positive and sound knowledgeable how to handle the situation. it's not long after that, we found the tenant! Nowelle is property professional who you can trust and have experience to handle a difficult situation.

Having been with Barry Plant Real Estate Gladstone Park for many years, I have always found the rental managers very courteous and helpful. I have had some tenants that have been late on their payments, and Nowelle, who is the current manger, always advises by text and phone calls, keeping up to date on when the payment will be made. Nowelle advises by phone and email if there is any maintenance issues, and if we cannot attend to them, will organize a trades person to attend. I am very happy with the management of my properties, and look for to continued support from them.
