Scott used his expert knowledge in selling our property quickly and prior to auction. His communication and professionalisation were flawless. He kept us informed every step of the way without us actually having to do anything at all. He knew his stuff and got on with his job quickly and efficiently. We are really happy with the process and the sale.

We were hesitant on choosing an agent at the beginning. However Scott was genuine and confident with the right buyer for our house. We would not hesitate to have him sell our house again.

I can't recommend Scott enough. He is an excellent communicator, constantly keeping us informed and updated regarding buyer feedback and anything else that needs to be spoken about. His calm and confident approach helped calm and reassure us that he was in control and knew what he was doing. Most importantly his negotiation skills and honesty were second to none.

Scott and his team were able to make the sale process work in the most efficient manner. Scott is very honest and easy to work with. I have referred him to other people and he has achieved great success for them also.

Scott came to our knowledge via his reputation and he did not disappoint our expectations. His personal approach and listening skills put us at rest that he would be able to deal with all facets of selling our property to the right buyer

We worked with Ryan to sell our apartment in Doncaster. He was very knowledgeable about the local market and quite helpful. As a vendor, you aim to get as much as possible for your product. However, your product/ house is only worth what someone else is prepared to pay. Ryan worked with us to stage the apartment and make it as attractive as possible to potential buyers. He also listened to us. In the end, he sold the apartment after one week and got us an offer we could live with. I would recommend Ryan to other vendors because he listens, is knowledgeable about the market and keeps us in the loop at all times.

If you’re reading this review, stop searching for another agent and choose Scott George from Barry Plant Real Estate in Doncaster East! Scott was exceptional throughout my entire selling campaign. His professionalism and local market expertise made my choice to go with Barry Plant easy and extremely rewarding. Scott was always available, providing insightful advice that led to a strong marketing campaign and an outstanding auction result. His dedicated team also helped alleviate the stress of selling my property. I have personally witnessed Scott go above and beyond to ensure that my sales compaign went smoothly. The entire selling process was just seamless. Scott & his auctioneer Spiro (WOW! Spiro worked so hard on the day of my Auction to get an incredible result that exceeded my expectations!) were simply outstanding! So impressed by Scott and his team, I plan to have them handle my mother’s house sale next year. I wouldn’t consider another agent, as I’m confident I won’t find anyone more competent than Scott. Thank you, Scott & the Barry Plant Team!
