Great Communication and Great Agent
It was fantastic having Andrew as our agent, as Thomas and myself being First Home Buyers! He always kept us in the loop, and in the end got us a great deal! An excellent hard working agent
Andrew was very helpful, insightful and honest from the start. He didn't feed me any unrealistic expectations just to get my business. Andrew had to bargain hard on my behalf in a quiet market with a buyer who had other options, and got the price I needed for me. All this was done with friendliness and integrity. Nice guy + Great Agent
Andrew is a very receptive and easy to deal with person which made purchasing the house a great experience. He had good knowledge and questions he did not know the answer to he found the answers quickly. The best part of our experience was how good the communication was both in person and over the phone when we needed to contact him. I would highly recommend him as an honest and upfront type of guy and I would definitely use him again.

Friendly, courteous and prompt with communication.
We enjoyed interacting with Andrew and always knew that he would be quick to respond to messages and provide any information that would help us with offers, decisions and liaison with conveyancing and banking reps. It made our first property purchase less difficult and confusing.
