We put our rental property up for sale in a sluggish market and, despite the house having great qualities, we did suspect it would not be quick. We initially listed with another agent and, as nice as that person was, there was insufficient movement. When we moved to Andrew, the change was instantaneous. He worked had, had lots of enquiries, he obviously had a significant percentage of the market in hand, and we got a sale quickly. He provided good advice, communicated regularly and was ethical. Our only regret is not listing with Andrew in the first instance.

Although we are interstate and have not personally met Andrew, all our dealings with him have been fantastic. He has made the daunting task of buying a property interstate a lot easier. Andrew took on this listing even though it was a colleagues as he knew we were comfortable working with him and he knew what we wanted. He was more than helpful, great knowledge and follow up. Andrew found us our dream home. He listened to us when we talked to him about what we wanted in a house and a price range and delivered with flying colours. He kept us in the loop with everything and also sold our current house for a good price with it being on the market for about 36hours.
