Michelle McKenna has given top service to me not just with the rental I’m in now but even before I signed up with AB Realty. I met Michelle at a previous home open and I was late because I got lost, but she was still there to meet me. She was polite and friendly and very helpful. I was stressed and flustered as I had rushed out in a work break but she was patient and understanding and gave me plenty of time to view and consider the property. Michelle really cares about people and their situations, and in this competetive market is able to demonstrate emphathy with professionalism. I have rented for over twenty years and have had to deal with all kinds of people, fair and unfair so it is comforting to have someone like her to deal with. Within the first couple of days of moving in I was confronted with a dilema where my roller door broke and my car was stuck in my garage. ABRealty were onto it straight away and the problem was fixed in a timely manner. Just knowing they were doing everything they could and were communicating with me constantly throughout the day was a comfort. When I viewed my current rental and saw Michelle was the agent opening the home I felt relieved straight away and put in an application. I had previously been renting my daughter's home and dreaded going back into the rental market but I'm grateful that I'm with a group I trust.
