Being new to Perth WA, I had very little time to research the market except online. The online advertising was good enough to look very attractive to me. Went to the first open house and Andy did answer all my questions honestly in a professional manner. No bulls..t answers. Did meet him 2 days later and made an offer which I considered fair to the owners and myself. He came back shortly after with a signed contract and settlement took place within 30 days.
