We decided to go with Jason following our experience when we brought our property. Unfortunately this time round selling our house was a very different experience. We saw Jason for the 1st meeting and he palmed everything off to his colleague and never came around once to do an open home or see us. His colleague got stuck doing all the work and then tried to push us into signing a low offer. Thankfully we stuck to our guns and a better offer came 2 weeks later from a different agent within the same agency. Once we sold the house we felt a bit pushed aside and forgotten. We didn't even get a thank you gift for using their agency and giving them a good commission which we have always received when selling our previous house. A real let down and disappointing experience this time.
