It took a little while to sell our property, but michelle persisted, pushing to ensure the place was sold. She maintained constant weekend opens, always updated us with the weekend results, and diligently followed up on potential buyers to try and begin negotiations as soon a possible. She was good at liasoning between buyers and conveyancers, always attempting to meet in the middle during negotiations, and was willing to take time out of her personal time to resolve any issues for both buyer and vendor.
