Thank you Phillip for achieving a fantastic result on the sale of our property. Phillip exceeded our expectations by getting a much higher price than we were expecting. His knowledge of the local market, years of experience, his open and honest advice made it an easy decision for us to choose Phillip to sell our property. We felt we could trust him. Phillip was always very professional and kept us up to date on all developments. I would certainly recommend Phillip to anyone wanting to sell.

Knowledge of the local market was good. Their response times were generally good with questions answered in a friendly manner... Helped in recommending local building inspector and conveyancer.

Victor is friendly, personable and professional. Victor is responsive to queries, does not add pressure with decision making and made both a house purchase and a house sale seamless. We would highly recommend.

It’s fair to say, it is not a sellers market (uncertain economic climate + high unsold housing stock) but I had to sell for personal reasons. Even against this backdrop, Michelle not only sold my property but went above and beyond to secure a great result. She was awesome from day one and made a stressful event rather painless. She’s a great communicator, an equally great listener, a fab negotiator, approachable, dependable & knowledgeable. Highly recommended. Thanks heaps Michelle (& team).

I have found Michelle an absolute delight and breeze to deal with. Not only is she diligent yet she has a great knowledge of the area, what’s going on in the market and can provide advice which is relevant and considered. In my opinion, what sets her apart from other agents is her ability to empathise with the buyer and work together for a good outcome. She was never pressuring or rude which I’ve experienced first hand with other agents. I couldn’t recommend her more highly
