I was undertaking selling my mothers home whilst she was in Aged Care. I asked for recommendations and was strongly recommended Michelle by a local Facebook group. I did source 2 other Real Estate Agents for my listing, but Michelle seemed to understand the importance of my decision and totally understood how hard it is to sell a house on some else’s behalf. I introduced her to my mother and in a non biased way and thankfully my mother said she wanted Michelle to sell her family home of 60 years. And I was so happy as I felt really comfortable with Michelle and she did push any agenda, she was doing this listing because she cared and not just for the commission, unlike the other two agents I interviewed. During the sale process my mothers health did deteriorate and I am so grateful that Michelle was extremely carding, understanding and empathetic. Whilst we did not sell at auction, (no bids) Michelle was so determined to try to get the best price for the home and after a few days presented us with an offer that my mother was happy to accept. I do strongly recommend Michelle due to her honesty, empathy and patience. Great result all round.
