My tenant had died and the house was left in disarray. I was overseas and Victoria was under the covid-19 lockdown. Jason organised the clean up of the house. Realising that the 70-year-old house was not attractive to home buyers, Jason marketed the property to developers. The result was way beyond anything that I had imagined. Jason's service continued after the sale during a delay in settlement due to the fact that I could not locate the original title making it necessary to apply for a replacement. Jason was always proactive, anticipating problems and providing solutions. I don't believe that anyone could have done a better job under the circumstances.
