Phi was proactive in his communications with me eg. setting up a social media channel for our communications. Phi was Proactive with the inspections eg. not settling for standard Sat PM and even offering 1-1 inspections during the week. Phi was Proactive when it mattered most - the interested buyer who isn't a 'tyrekicker' and comes for a 2nd or 3rd inspection. Phi recently sold my home in Sunshine West and was very friendly from the get go. He was very contactable and approachable throughout the entire process and kept me informed as to how the sale was progressing. I initially put the sale on pause due to external factors, but he was able to quickly ramp things up when I decided to proceed. Overall.
