From the moment that we submitted our enquiry through to First National Batemans Bay, Bec was straight on it. Our enquiry to sell our land was submitted on a Saturday and we didn't expect to hear anything until Monday, but no, within in a hour Bec had called us to say that she had received the enquiry, and that she would go and undertake a valuation on Monday. As true to her word, she provided us with a professional and detailed appraisal on the Monday. It was this prompt and professional service that gave us the confidence to enlist Bec for the purpose of the sale. Bec had to negotiate a tricky sale on our behalf, and throughout that 3 month period would always be at hand to update us on the status of the sale and to reassure us that it would finalise.
