Very professional experience.

Renee demonstrates a detailed knowledge of the local market and uses this knowledge to guide both the seller and potential buyers. She listens to the needs and concerns of the seller and responds with sound advice. Renee works in partnership with the seller - selling our dwelling felt like a team effort. Renee communicates regularly and purposefully, we were always well informed of everything that was happening and all questions were answered promptly and professionally. Great communicator and getting the result in a tough market

David Lazarus did a great job selling our property at 38 Cedar St, particularly in what has been a tough market. Throughout the process, David was professional, proactive and worked hard to get the sale across the line. Communication was a real standout. Both David and Renee were always quick to respond, kept us well informed and made sure we knew exactly where things stood throughout the campaign.
