A number of buyers appeared quickly with Scott's initial advice to wait for higher price proving correct. Despite initial buyer falling away following the flooding rain period a quick re-marketing campaign was successful. Scott remained on top of things when buyer failed to meet settlement date which was successfully deferred for a few days. Price achieved was higher than my expectation but inline with Scott's assessment. I would use him again.
