David showed me the perfect apartment and left me take it all in, without trying to sell it to me. He seemed genuine and negotiated on my behalf, so I trusted him to sell my home for me. David organised for his stylist and team to organise photos and ads. They were all very professional, presented it beautifully and I had seven offers at the first Open House. David told the buyer that I wanted a long settlement which they agreed to, then he organised for me to rent my house back until my apartment was ready to move into. He was very quick to respond to my phonecalls and emails, and was highly professional with a friendly, relaxed manner. I have bought and sold many homes but have never had such a helpful agent. I would never use another agent now, and strongly recommend him to anyone thinking of buying or selling in the Bayside area.
