David was extremely helpful and professional through the whole buying process. I am not sure when he takes a break but was available day and night, 7 days a week looking to get the vendor and buyer to a positive outcome. I always felt that he was keeping me fully informed on the situation with the property and vendor, which lead to growing positive feelings about the property & sale and ultimately a good outcome for all parties.

Our experience with David as our selling agent was nothing but good. He met with us and suggeted a price range and marketing approach which were both agreeable with us. The marketing pulled in interested parties from day one and we had a contract signed within the month.
