We’d been looking for a property for more than a year, missing out on several via auction and direct offer, so we were very well versed with the agencies in the area and it’s certainly a mixed bag. How lucky we were to land our dream house with Belle Manly. One word to sum up our experience with David and Renee: Phenomenal. They were incredibly responsive and helpful from the minute I inquired until the day of settlement. They were exemplary in liaising between the seller and buyer, welcoming our whole family onboard. They were genuinely excited for both the seller and buyer upon the sale - it really made for such a fantastic experience. Their sales agent for leasing was also incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, it’s no surprise that they have built up a strong bench of hundreds and hundreds of leased properties in the area. Would 100/10 recommend. Thank you David and Renee for the time and effort that you put in - it has made one of the most exciting moments of our life that little bit more special!
