I would highly recommend Belle Lane Cove. Simon ran an extremely successful campaign, the back office part of his business is completely flawless and he achieved the result that we set at our first meeting. We could not be happier and felt it was great dealing with such an open and honest agent.

Simon Harrison came to us with a wonderful reputation, and totally lived up to that reputation. He sold our house at Riverview in a very timely manner, and was a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend him highly.

Having lived in Riverview for just on 14 years the biggest factor in helping us decide who we would like to help sell our home was word of mouth and first hand experience from friends and locals. The feedback about Belle was consistently positive and they were highly recommended by every person I spoke to. What stood out for Stan and I personally was the level of communication and transparency Simon and his team had, which always made us feel like we knew exactly what was happening in regards to potential buyers and the campaign. Looking back, the team at Belle helped make what could potentially have been a very stressful time really quite uneventful. Most of all, to have such a large number of confirmed bidders leading up our auction was incredibly reassuring and clearly helped achieve a result beyond our expectations.

Simon and the team at Belle Property were great to deal with throughout the entire process when we bought a property through Belle. Simon was very easy to deal with, providing us a lot of information on the property and providing timely communication as we negotiated the sale. Thank you again, the process was very easy and we cant wait to move in!!

We found Simon Harrison professional and honest during the purchase of our home.

We had met Simon several times at open homes when we were looking to buy within the same area we currently lived in. He took on board our wants/needs and budget for our purchase, and was realistic with valuing our own home for sale. Simon has a great team working along side him who were also very helpful to us throughout the buying and selling process, especially James Bennett. The two of them enabled us to very quickly sell our house through their client data base at a difficult time of year-near Christmas. The buying and selling went very smoothly, we are delighted with the results.
