Vacancy at Xmas can be a worry with your rental property not giving much needed income for a longer period. I was delighted to learn BnS had a leasing team hitting the ground running even though my property manager would be away on well deserved hols. Ebony has been looking after our VIC properties in the past (approximately) 4 years. We are very lucky in having her excellent service and support in managing them. Being overseas based in the last 10 years, can be very daunting tasks to find the right agents who not only know what they are doing but also are willing to look after your investment properties as if their own.
