We decided to sell our investment property and asked our local agent (we live on the other side of Melbourne) if he knew anyone in Richmond that he could recommend. Surprisingly, he recommended Emily, an agent that didn't work in the same real estate agency as he did. Emily was super professional from the first meeting. Unfortunately, we were hit by a second wave of COVID and we had to wait quite some time before we could put the property on the market.
