Dear Julie , Madi and Edward Just a brief note to thank you all for the amazing job you ALL did . The thorough feedback throughout the campaign , and your ultimate summary was spot on , then Edwards auction performance ( well after all you had done all the hard work !) was outstanding . I really feel it is the pinnacle of a real estate agents craft and client focus when the agent can negotiate a buyer above the reserve . Coordinating painting, carpeting, re polishing floors , removing floor tiles , installing a new kitchen and repairs to decking and setting up the landscaping is a thankless task for an agent but certainly a value add for us. The works was seamless , of good standard and fair priced to boot . I have bought and sold several properties locally and have close connections with many real estate agents , your team clearly are the most superior , hence I see why your sales office is the leaders in Richmond.

Emily entered the sale of my property campaign late in the piece. I had specifically requested Emily due to the nature of the market and my belief that this property would benefit from a female perspective and approach. Unfortunately that did not happen, however, we got there in the end. On the day of auction, Emily’s ability to read the market and adapt her approach was clear. A snap decision to not pass the property in was due to Emily’s ability to communicate the risks if passing the property in, in the current quieting market, for the sake of $10-20k. A decision I do not regret and am thankful to Emily for speaking up when she was not the leading agent in the campaign, as well as her communication afterwards.
