The sale of my property went well above expectations. Much of the recognition for this goes to Andrew and Talia who were extremely professional and enthusiastic about getting the result. I valued their advice particularly in preparing the property for sale - a balance of spend and thrift for maximum result. They worked well with my advocate and kept me in the loop with all developments. Their efforts with opens and follow-ups resulted in many bidders on the day. Having been to a lot of auctions since I can say, that as an auctioneer, Andrew is in a class above. I would also like to call out they went above the call of duty in helping me deal with a legal property dispute with a neighbouring tenant - which without resolution, could have badly affected the result. I first saw Ed when he auctioned another apartment in our block. He did such an incredible job , managing to get the owner another $26k when I was convinced that the bidders were all done. I was very pleased when Ed was announced as our agent and auctioneer. The advice we received throughout the process of selling our apartment was on the mark and Ed’s price estimate was spot on. Ed was patient and understanding with our inexperience in property sales, and we are convinced that his advice in preparation and presentation of the apartment got us such a great sale price. The day of the auction saw Ed at his best. He was supportive towards us and his enthusiasm was infectious. Again, he excelled in his role as auctioneer and sold the property for a fantastic price. We would employ Ed again without hesitation.
