Finally met Phoebe yesterday after purchasing the unit a few weeks ago where she negotiated the price and was outstanding getting an answer from the vendor as he was overseas at the time, Phoebe was knowledgeable with the answers to various questions that were asked, she also added bits and pieces that we were not aware of and obviously was of good value to us. Julie was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Madi and her work well as a team and have an excellent and disciplined approach to contacting both prospective vendors and buyers. They are in regular contact but are not annoying and are great at relationship building. Julie also went above and beyond the call of duty by providing helpful input and contacts during our renovation. She was always available and nothing was ever a problem. Julie is on top of her business and runs it efficiently - often sending me info before I even requested it and calling me with an update right after each inspection. Overall a very smooth and easy experience with a great result.
