In a boom market the majority of us don’t pay much attention to the process involved. It’s only when the market is tough that you realise what it means to select a good agent. We are in one of those phases at the moment. A difficult economy with frequent Interest rate rises. Add to that a general election and we couldn’t have chosen a worse time.
