I was little reluctant to believe the hype about Ed, but I must say I was not disappointed one iota. In fact I was very impressed with Ed's performance in selling my apartment in Richmond. His professionalism, advice and knowledge of the Richmond market are second to none. He's also a nice guy who talks straight and works hard for his vendor right until the very end. I asked 3 agents to pitch for my business and Ed gave me a competitive rate as well as an honest, optimistic yet realistic appraisal which ended up being spot on from a value perspective - a lot closer than his competitors. The campaign ran smoothly although started slowly which prompted Ed to mine his vast database of investors right across Biggin Scott. In the end there was strong interest at the auction and it sold well above reserve on the day, in an uncertain apartment market. There was only one minor hiccough with photography, but Ed responded to my concern immediately by getting a photographer out to the property within 24 hours to get the shot I wanted. For anyone considering selling in Richmond I would have no hesitation in recommending Ed.

Edward and James ran a highly professional campaign and we got a great result. Their campaign was well planned and executed. They know the Richmond market extremely well, gave us a good level of information and knew just who our buyer would be. Communication was frequent and they were both good at managing our nerves! It was really handy to have the ancillary services like the painters/carpets and handy man available and James did a great job at project managing getting our house ready for sale. We were super happy with every aspect and would definitely recommend them in a heart beat!
