Well where do I start? We had lived in our home for almost 20 years, when we decided to downsize into retirement and onto the next chapter in our lives. We found Jacob was the only Agent to truly appreciate that our home was a very unique property with no comparisons in the area. Jacob unlike other agents did not try to down sell our home and saw the true value and agreed to work with us to achieve our expectations. We found Jacob to be very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, respectful and hard working. He talked the talk and walked the walk and delivered on his promises and never let us down. His local knowledge is second to none, which I found enabled us to attract the right buyer and susequently the right price and conditions to go to contract which suited our time frames and exceeded our expections ... all done with ease as he went about it. The whole process was seamless. We chose Jacob based on what he could offer and ultimately the end result, which was a suburb record! Be careful when selling your home not to go with the cheapest or a cut price agent as it could be a very expensive mistake and would not of allowed us to achieve our result had we have gone with one.
