Buying a house is a very stressful time for any couple however when you have Saeed as your agent this becomes less stressful and very exciting as it should be. This is the second time I have brought a house through Saeed and each time Saeed has been very professional, respectful and communicates with his clients each step of way. Communication is a huge factor for me when you are making a huge investment like buying a house, other agents I have dealt with normally don't commicate with their clients after a property has gone unconditional but Saeed would contact myself minimal once a week. I love how Saeed likes to know who his clients are and what their needs are. Saeed takes the time to understand each individual and then takes them on the exciting journey of buying a property without being given the run around as let's face it we all don't have time to be wasted in this fast moving world we live in.
