I recently worked with Simon and his assistant Chelsea for the sale of my property in St Kilda. In the midst of yet another period of lockdown in Melbourne, Simon was able to achieve an exceptional sales result, with minimal delay to the initial campaign timeline. Simon and Chelsea were helpful, communicative and maintained a positive outlook despite challenges faced. I recommend their services highly and would use them again in the future.

After interviewing 4 different agents my wife and I chose Simon to sell our property and we are glad we did! Simon went above and beyond to get our property sold in a short period of time for a great price. The team at Buxton were always prompt to answer any queries and kept us fully informed throughout the whole process. His experience and negotiation skills are second to none. Highly recommend. Thank you!
