The experience of dealing with Todd was the best experience we had dealing with an agent. He kept us informed and provided sound advice throughout the journey to achieving the best result possible. Due to the snap lockdown, Todd increased the open for inspection to ensure the potential buyers had the most opportunity to view the property. He is a professional and committed agent with excellent knowledge of real estate.

Angelo guided us through a very unfamiliar process during a very unfamiliar Covid time. There was a lot of uncertainty around lock down and Angelo explained how we would proceed without delays or with lockdown delays, assuring us the process may be a little different but the end result will be the same. And it was. He was proactive and responsive to calls, emails and questions and is easy to work with. He had great local knowledge and we felt confident during the entire process. It was great to work with someone who was open and honest while achieving an amazing result and we would highly recommend Angelo to anyone selling or buying a house. Thank you

Simon is very knowledgeable and professional. His communication is direct, succinct and honset which made decision making very easy. Simon always had time to take questions and have discussions during the whole process which was really helpful.

Simon has grown up in Bentleigh and knows the area very well. His knowledge and professionalism led to a successful sale of my property at above the highest bid. I was very happy and would highly recommend his services.

Prior to deciding to sell our property we attended two open for inspections/auctions of similar properties in our area. It was at the first auction we saw Simon Wood of Buxton Real Estate Bentleigh in action. Friendly, personable and following all open protocols we were impressed by his conduct. The second auction (conducted by another company) was totally different. No greeting, contact details not taken..... We decided to sell and asked Simon to meet us. He arrived on time and well prepared with information about Buxton and himself, particulars of other sales in the area and a detailed list of sale costs. We felt Simon had the integrity and determination we were looking for in an agent and were not disappointed. Throughout the process the communication, advice and support from Simon and his extremely capable assistant Chelsea exceeded expectations - which were already high! We are extremely happy with our experience and highly recommend Simon Wood and the Buxton Bentleigh team.

I worked with Todd an excellent agent. He listed my place one month ago and I went to contract within 3 weeks of listing more than my asking price. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalised touch. Highly recommend
