Angelo guided us through a very unfamiliar process during a very unfamiliar Covid time. There was a lot of uncertainty around lock down and Angelo explained how we would proceed without delays or with lockdown delays, assuring us the process may be a little different but the end result will be the same. And it was. He was proactive and responsive to calls, emails and questions and is easy to work with. He had great local knowledge and we felt confident during the entire process. Prior to deciding to sell our property we attended two open for inspections/auctions of similar properties in our area. It was at the first auction we saw Simon Wood of Buxton Real Estate Bentleigh in action. Friendly, personable and following all open protocols we were impressed by his conduct. The second auction (conducted by another company) was totally different. No greeting, contact details not taken..... We decided to sell and asked Simon to meet us. He arrived on time and well prepared with information about Buxton and himself, particulars of other sales in the area and a detailed list of sale costs. We felt Simon had the integrity and determination we were looking for in an agent and were not disappointed.
