Thanks to both Simon and James, who showed enthusiasm and great knowledge of the area, process and market. Simon and James listened to our wishes and gave trustworthy advice, we were really happy with the process. A stressful process was made much smoother by our dedicated agents. We have worked with Simon before and would wholeheartedly work with both Simon and James again. Thanks guys!

Having only met Simon and his team on the day of the auction, he faced a tough crowd and did an excellent job at keeping the energy lively. As this was our first 'pass-in' experience, he was very clear in explaining to us the processes to follow, and was extremely patient thoughout the negotiation. At the end, his strong negotiation skills helped us to come to an amicable deal with the lovely vendors.

Simon Pintado and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I suspected from the moment I viewed Simon's videos on line that he was going to be an excellent find and this indeed was confirmed when I met him in person and engaged him as my agent. Simon is a brilliant communicator and a wonderful asset for Buxton Bentleigh. He is articulate, vivacious, kind hearted and charismatic. His knowledge of the market and the McKinnon zone was impressive and his ability to successfully negotiate on our behalf when our property was passed in was impressive and professional. I was truly impressed by his calm demeanour, the compassion that he showed my elderly father who was selling his home after 30 years of ownership and the empathy he displayed. I would highly recommend Simon to anyone wishing to sell their home if they wish to engage an agent with great talent, integrity and charisma.

Being in the industry & selling your property is a difficult thing. Ultimately you need someone you can trust will be straight-up and tell you the way it is. Simon's meticulous attention to detail, honesty & worth-ethic is what drove me to appoint Simon over any other. We ended up selling prior to auction for a price that certainly exceeded my expectations (even with my high expectations) in a stressful period for me. A super agent but even more important, a super bloke. Thanks Simmo!

We first met Simon at an open for inspection about 5 years ago. From that time on he kept in regular contact, keeping us up to date with the market, and more importantly demonstrating to us that he was a keen and competent agent and one that when we listed our house we wanted to represent our property. There were several times over the years when we considered selling our house and Simon was always there to chat, answer our questions and come and give us an appraisal. At no stage did he make us feel that it was a hassle even though he knew that we were probably not quite ready to sell. When we were finally ready to put our house on the market there was absolutely no hesitation in engaging Simon to be our Agent. The entire process with Simon & James was seamless. Throughout the campaign Simon was totally transparent and honest. He has a great understanding of the Mckinnon/Bentleigh market and was able to reference other recent sales to help guide our expectations. I would call Simon most days to get updates and never once did he make me feel that I was asking stupid questions and taking up any of his time. If he misses my call he would always call me back within thirty minutes. He even managed to get our photo in the Herald Sun on the morning of the Auction. Our property was passed in and Simon had to negotiate with underbidder straight afterwards. Ultimately this was where Simon showed his true colours as great agent. He was positive and reassuring through this hour and was ultimately able to achieve the price that we were after. Thank you so much Simon and James for all your help. You made this potentially stressful process, enjoyable and ultimately successful.

We bought our house through Buxton Bentleigh so when the time came for us to sell they were our first choice. We specifically chose Simon Pintado as our agent as he had consistently kept in touch with us over the years with local market updates and news. It was these qualities of initiative and proactivity that convinced us that Simon was the right person to sell our property. Simon's attention to every detail, communication and supportiveness made the whole process as easy as possible. If you have a quality property and want the best possible result, Simon will work hard to exceed your expectations.

We honestly can't praise Angelo enough for the seamless campaign when selling our house. He is friendly, honest, extremely knowledgable and most importantly he cares about his job. Angelo guided us through the whole process, his communication skills were excellent and he was responsible for getting us the result that we wanted on the day. We would highly recommend Angelo to anyone selling their house in Bentleigh.
