We first met Simon at an open for inspection about 5 years ago. From that time on he kept in regular contact, keeping us up to date with the market, and more importantly demonstrating to us that he was a keen and competent agent and one that when we listed our house we wanted to represent our property. There were several times over the years when we considered selling our house and Simon was always there to chat, answer our questions and come and give us an appraisal. At no stage did he make us feel that it was a hassle even though he knew that we were probably not quite ready to sell. When we were finally ready to put our house on the market there was absolutely no hesitation in engaging Simon to be our Agent. The entire process with Simon & James was seamless. Throughout the campaign Simon was totally transparent and honest. He has a great understanding of the Mckinnon/Bentleigh market and was able to reference other recent sales to help guide our expectations. I would call Simon most days to get updates and never once did he make me feel that I was asking stupid questions and taking up any of his time. If he misses my call he would always call me back within thirty minutes. He even managed to get our photo in the Herald Sun on the morning of the Auction. Our property was passed in and Simon had to negotiate with underbidder straight afterwards. Ultimately this was where Simon showed his true colours as great agent.
