Excellent knowledge of the market and what was happening in the area
We found Halli very approachable and straightforward with an excellent knowledge of the market and what was happening in the area. On the day of the auction he was clear with the instructions and gave everyone the opportunity. A truly professional approach to the sale
David Hart's attitude to our sale can only be described as completely professional. He was able to arrange a sale prior to auction date, which was about to be delayed due to covid 19, and was obviously raising stress levels. He kept us fully informed during the process, and with his company's extensive knowledge of the Brighton market, was able to produce a good number of potential buyers. His negotiation skills were very high , which resulted in a result which exceeded our expectations.
