Trustworthy agents are worth their weight in gold
Halli was friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Halli appreciated our time-poor schedule, and so he was excellent in the responsive way he sold our unit. There was no fuss, excellent communication throughout and documents were prepared and delivered immediately. Plus he sold it before auction for a great price!

Bayside’s best real estate agent
Can’t recommend Stefan highly enough. Not only did he sell our house and get a great price but he was there for us all the way. He is genuinely a very kind and thoughtful professional man who we now proudly call a friend. He has sold a number of properties of ours and achieved great results. He too has been a wonderful help when we bought our recent home as well as our wonderful investment property. If you want an agent with the lot Stefan is the one. Excellent trustworthy and accomodating agent
Tom Davidson sold us an apartment in Brighton. During the negotiation period Tom has shown to be a very honest, flexible, and accommodating agent. Also, after the sale contract has been signed but well before the settlement date, Tom keeps accommodating all our needs (e.g. he let us in to measure the apartment several times, double-check all apartment features, and the storage cage, etc.).I would not hesitate to recommend Tom as your real estate agent.
