I have known Ross and his family for many years through the hockey club. I had no hesitation in approaching Ross when I first considered selling my unit in mid 2019. Tom was terrific to deal with for the sale of our Head St property and as part of the Buxtons team lead by the brilliant David Hart, achieved a price about $250,000 more than expected.
