Tom was terrific to deal with for the sale of our Head St property and as part of the Buxtons team lead by the brilliant David Hart, achieved a price about $250,000 more than expected. He recognised that as elderly and not very experienced sellers we needed guidance and support through the whole process and was pro active in that regard.
