When I sold my house in Brighton, I used my friends recommendation; Halli Moore. Halli's experience really showed in his valuation range, sales strategy, marketing and in the end his negotiation technique to deliver a great result. I went into the sale on balance with the assumption of getting no more than a "fair" market result, ie; not a large expectation. Halli and Buxton did not let me down with competition both in person and online via the phone, so any concerns of underperforming on my behalf were not valid. In the end, Halli recommended exactly what to do with honesty & transparency advised me carefully of the ups & downs of the market and ultimately delivered a great result given my property and the market at the time of sale. If you're not accustomed to buying or selling, or have not done it recently, it is warming to patiently work through strategies that are proven considering Halli's impeccable knowledge of Brighton and repeat buyers & sellers.

Communication was extremely strong and was always available for assistance. It's often said that you make your own luck - it is so true with how John Clarkson operates. He lays down the best possible foundations during the sale campaign then follows up with his energetic Auctioneering ability to maximise the 'luck' on Auction day. My wife and I sat with John to map out the sale campaign. He clearly communicates the proposed sale strategy and timeline, he knows the local market and profiles the prospective buyers very well. We were very comfortable with John and trusted in him. He was always available, responsive and kept us informed throughout the campaign. He is very engaging at Open for Inspections and converses well with prospective buyers and doesn't just ask for name and phone number like some agents do. From our first meeting with Stefan, we were advised on how to present our property for sale, the best time to sell the property and an honest appraisal of the property. Throughout the campaign we were kept up to date with perspective buyers and their thoughts on the property, the condition of the house, and meetings with Stefan and John in the lead up to the auction. The level of professionalism from everyone at Buxton Brighton has been exemplary, culminating with a very successful auction last Saturday, and a result better than expected.
